Cancellation Conditions

As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. Departure is assured as soon as the number of participants is required. If you are not called back, the outing is maintained.

Your reservation can be cancelled with costs and the following scale applies:

More than 8 days before the event: no charge.

Less than 8 hours and more than 48 hours: 50% of the amount of the service

Less than 24 hours: 100% is retained

Less than 24 hours before the day of the service: 100% of the service. Transfer of contract possible subject to the adequate level of the transferee.

The captain reserves the right to make changes or postpone the outing in case of bad weather, force majeure and/or insufficient participants.

These conditions are valid for all outdoor activities. No compensation can be claimed.
